The management of a rental can be a super headache and take away all the advantages of owning one. I think very strongly hiring a professional to manage your property is the best decision you can make. You will be far more likely to buy more when the problems are handled by someone else. The expense is a write off. Don't make owning a rental a nightmare, get a professional.
